We are using Adobe® Flash® technology to create our online games.
Available licenses:
1. Single-website License (site-locked, if you have one website) – we build a custom version of the game with your logo, links, leaderboards, ads, etc. You are free to host this game at a single website (including sub-domains). Also we will leave our clickable intro at the game start and clickable logo on credits menu.
2. Multi-website License (not site-locked, if you have several websites) – the same as Single-domain license, but you are free to host this game at any number of websites.
3. Revenue share License (site-locked) – we build a custom version of the game with your logo, links, leaderboards and ads for FREE. In return, you share with us ads revenue, generated by this game.
4. Primary License – only applicable to brand new, unreleased games. You will be the first to release this game to public. We build custom version of the game with your branding, and you can host this game on any number of websites. We still have the right to sell single-domain license to other customer.
5. Exclusive License – the same as Primary license, but we can not sell single-domain license to other customers. It means, that only your custom branded copy of the game will be available in the internet.
6. Source Code – if you would like to develop your own game based on our source code, you can purchase this type of license. You may reuse the code in any way you see fit, with two caveats: you must never remove “Pozirk Games” credits from any game that uses the code, and you cannot redistribute the code publicly or resell it. Source code license usually doesn’t include graphics and sound effects, only AS2/AS3 source code files.
Add-ons: (available for certain games upon order process)
1. Developer’s Branding Removal – we will remove our branding from the game, and only leave one not clickable logo on credits menu.
2. Lifetime Update – get a lifetime update for the game. Whenever we make any changes to the game, you will receive an updated version with your branding according to license agreement.
