There are many reasons why games can stop working:
– it might be a bug in a web browser
– your OS’s new update can change something
– your computer is getting old or has viruses
– my ads are freezing again (not my fault, I get them from Google)
– my website was hacked (never happened in 14+ years, but there are numerous attempts every day!)
– my server crashed
– your Internet provider is experiencing technical difficulties
– or maybe I’ve just f*cked up somewhere…

Q: I have paid for Premium Membership, why do I see ads?
A: You have to be LOGGED IN with your username and password in order to play games without ads!
Please go to Home page and click “Login” at the right sidebar, if you are not logged in yet.
Then enter your username, password and click “Log In” button.
Sometimes, even if you are logged in, you might still see ads because your web browser cached the page. Simply reload the page to fix it.

Q: Ads are freezing (not working properly) and not letting me play. Can you help?
A: I’m sorry you have a problem with ads on my website.
Google provides me with all the ads automatically, and it is responsible for all the technical problems.
If you see an ad that is offensive or not working properly (freezing, not showing up), please contact me with the following information, so I can block it:
1. Ad name or title;
2. Ad web address (click the ad to see).
3. Screenshot (or describe what you see) of the ad, if possible.

Q: Why there 2 online versions of games and which should I play?
A: Original games were made using Adobe Flash technology.
Adobe will stop supporting Flash in 2020, thus web browsers will follow and Flash games most likely will stop working for regular users.
I had no choice but to remake my games using another technology.
New games are now available and they do not require Flash.
If an older version of the game works fine for you, you can keep playing it. 🙂
If you are experiencing problems, I recommend you to play new version instead.

Q: I have problems playing your online games on my computer.
A: These steps should help you fix the problem:
1. Make sure you are playing my online games at Pozirk Game website: https://www.pozirk.com/

3. Make sure you are playing the latest version of the game.

Q: Games are working slow. How can I fix that?
A: Please restart your computer and check it on viruses and malware.

Q: Game (new version) is not loading or there is a black box or broken graphics instead of the game. Why?
A: Most likely I have updated the game, but your browser still using the old version from its cache, causing some errors.
Please clear the cache of your browser and reload the page with the game.

Q: I don’t like ads. How can I play your games completely without ads?
A: I understand your disappointment about ads, nobody likes them, including myself. 🙂
It takes me lots of time and effort to develop my games. I also keep improving them by adding new features and fixing bugs.
Still, all my games are free for everyone to play and enjoy!
Ads are my only source of income from them.
Alternatively, you can become a Premium Member and play all the games without ads. If you are Premium Member, you can also leave your Ad Blocker on and still enjoy playing games!

Q: I have problems downloading/installing your game to my Android/Kindle/iOS/PC/Mac device. Why?
A: If you have problems downloading/installing your game, there is something wrong with your device and/or App Store, NOT with the game!
Most likely you don’t have enough space on your device.
Try to power off/on your device, free up some space by removing unwanted apps, music, movies, books, photos and remove/install the game once again.
If nothing helps, contact AppStore support team for assistance.

Q: There is a bug in one of your games. Can you fix it?
A: Yes! Please contact me using the form below. PROVIDE AS MANY DETAILS OF THE PROBLEM AS POSSIBLE, including game name, type of the game (web, mobile, pc, mac), your device brand/name, game version and STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM! Otherwise, I won’t be able to help you.

Q: I have problems purchasing your game at my Android/Kindle/iPad/PC/Mac device.
A: Please check, if you have correctly entered your financial information (credit card number, validity period, address, etc.) and try to make the purchase again.
