Well, I guess the open pyramid game is trying to make up to me for the 2,000 games I played recently without a single win,
because today I’ve won two within 5 minutes of each other, and I won another one yesterday! :o)
Just FYI, I play without re-deals — more challenging.
Pyramid is slightly too unwieldy, winning 1 in 210 games.
Maybe adopt the more common version where the top card of the stock pile is turned up as well as the discard pile.
Also, two redeals would increase the odds to one third.

You can redeal as many times as you want, simply make sure “Redeal” button is on.
Love the games, get frustrated at some of them (Cruel is one! LOL).
For those games where the Redeal is not just a turning over of the card pile (like it is in Pyramid)
but rather is slightly more involved (Crescent or Cruel),
could you provide a description of what happens during the redeal?
It might help us strategize on whether to make certain moves or not.

In Crescent Solitaire, during the redeal, bottom card in every tableau pile placed on top of the pile.
In Cruel Solitaire, cards are redealt again by four in each pile, so if 1st pile has 3 cards, one card is taken from 2nd pile
and moved to it, and so on.

Sigh! I love the open pyramid game, and I used to win it, not too often, maybe once every 200 games.
Then I sort of got the hang of what you can do to increase your chances of winning, so it was averaging about one in 100 games.
About two months ago or so, something was strange because I won like four times in a week,
but since then I’ve played almost 800 games without a win.
Sad!

Well, over 2000 games now since I’ve won a game on open Pyramid!
I’m beginning to get discouraged. It’s only fun if you can win occasionally, else why play??!!
I’ve been playing this one for a loooong time, and have never gone this long without a win.

Anyway, I suggest you to try Pyramid Mode in All-Peaks Solitaire game with lots of different layouts.
I’ve just won Open Pyramid and got 116 points, wasn’t that hard. 🙂
Of course, there are lots of skilled players with score well above mine.

My record in Open Pyramid is 164. I tried the All-Peaks, and it’s fun, but a totally different game.
FINALLY! After 2200 games without a win, it finally happened!
Now let’s see if it goes another 2000, or whether it settles down to one win every 100 or 200.

I love playing “All in one Solitaire.
Competing with others from all over the world is so fun.
I can’t hit that big score like 410, etc., but I do a pretty good job of ranking in the top 50.
