Alhambra Solitaire challenges you to clear the entire board by successfully moving every card onto the foundation piles to claim victory.
Foundation piles are built using cards that share the same suit, with an interesting twist: piles that start with an Ace build upward, while piles starting with a King build downward instead.
Unlike many solitaire games, the tableau piles here don’t allow you to stack new cards on top of them. Your only option is to move a tableau card onto the waste pile — but only when the top waste card matches in suit and is exactly one rank higher or lower, with King and Ace wrapping around to connect as neighbors.
Running short on moves? You can recycle the waste pile back into the stock up to two times, giving you extra opportunities to uncover those crucial suit-matching plays and steadily work your way toward filling all the foundations.
