In total, you’ll be working with 8 foundation piles. Whenever a card moves from one of the tableau piles onto a foundation and leaves an empty space behind, that gap is immediately refilled with a fresh card from the stock, keeping the tableau consistently active.
If you draw a card from the stock that has no available play, you’ll need to place it onto one of the tableau piles before you can move forward. Keep in mind that only the topmost card of any tableau pile is available for play, so it’s worth thinking carefully about how covering up a card below might affect your options and strategy later in the game.
Victory is yours once every single card has successfully made its way onto the foundation piles!
