Robert Solitaire challenges you to achieve victory by successfully placing every card onto the foundation in proper sequence, working your way through the deck with careful strategy.
A card can be built onto a foundation pile as long as it’s exactly one rank lower or higher than the card currently there, and suit doesn’t factor into the equation at all. There’s also a clever wraparound rule — an Ace can be played directly on a King, allowing the sequence to continue seamlessly without interruption.
As for gameplay mechanics, the top card of the stock can be moved onto the waste pile, and from there, the top card of the waste pile becomes available to move straight onto the foundation whenever it fits the sequence.
To give yourself extra opportunities, you’re allowed to turn over the waste pile and recycle it back into the stock up to 2 times, offering a couple of valuable chances to work through the deck and complete your foundation sequence.
